How I Rig My Rialto with Dan Ming

Legendary 1st AC Dan Ming (Top Gun: Maverick, Star Trek, The Avengers: End Game) walks us through his tips and tricks of working the Sony VENICE 2 and Rialto 2. The Rialto Camera Extension System enables users to remove the sensor block and extend it up to 40’ away from the camera body with no loss of image quality. With its small size and lightweight design, the Rialto 2 Extension System gives users the ability to shoot in tight spaces, go handheld or mount the system on gimbals and cranes.
Ming explains how he rigged the Rialto to fit 6 cameras in the cockpit of an F-18 in Top Gun: Maverick and walks users through a step-by-step guide of how to convert the VENICE 2 to Rialto 2.
